Shipping Information

We ship our living treasures globally, bringing life to your world. (Please note, we are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions).

Order Processing

Your order is handled with the utmost care. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to gently prepare your plants for their journey to you.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two ways to get your plants home:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 days after it leaves our nursery.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50. Delivery is made within 15-25 days after dispatch.

We carefully choose the best method and timing for each plant’s health during transit.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new plant family members. If your plant doesn’t arrive in perfect health or isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help.

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

Please initiate any return or exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: To ensure the health and viability of our living products, PLANT COLLECTIONS and GROUNDCOVER PLANTS are considered final sale due to their specialized nature and rapid growth characteristics. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our process is as simple and gentle as caring for a new seedling:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our caring customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Provide Details: We may ask you to share a few photographs of the plant. This helps us understand the situation and find the best solution for you and your plant.
  3. Wait for Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed return shipping instructions and a unique authorization code.
  4. Ship the Item: Please package the plant securely for its return journey. Ship it to the address we provide, making sure to include the authorization code clearly on the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive the returned plant and complete a quick inspection to ensure we can learn from every situation, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

The refund will be issued directly back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
