At House With Plants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your green companions. We understand that sometimes a plant might not thrive as expected, or perhaps you’ve changed your mind. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed with care, just like our plants.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately if your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and details about the issue.
  2. Provide Details: We may request photographs of the plant(s) to assess the situation and determine the best solution.
  3. Wait for Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and an authorization code.
  4. Ship the Item: Package the plant securely and ship it to the address provided. Please include the authorization code on the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and viability of our living products, Plant Collections and GROUNDCOVER PLANTS are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their specialized nature and rapid growth characteristics.
